Compared to  the Roots blower. Kelupp oil-free screw blower adopts the internal compression working principle which greatly improves the compression performance  and enables energy savings of over 35% . At time, its operating noise is much lower than the conventional Roots blower, the first choice for a new generation of environmental protection, energy saving products.

CLASS 0: INDUSTRY STANDARD
CLASS 0: Oil-free air
As defined in the ISO 8573-1 standard, CLASS 0 mean: no any liquid or solid oil can be detected in given volume, including gas-soluble glue, liquid droplets and vapors. This means that CLASS 0 oil-free air must be completely free of any relate oil molecules. In the food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical, electronics, textile, medical equipment and other industries, even any small oil contamination can have a serious impact on product quality and production processes, so it is necessary to use CLASS 0 compliant compressed air systems.
